General Park Rules


Due to the operating aspects of the water park, we are not able to offer discount admission for those not participating in water activities.

Wrist bands must be worn at all times.

For safety reasons, glassware of any description is not permitted inside the park.

Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park. Bags are subject to search by security staff.

Complimentary tubes are available at all tube rides. Tubes must remain at these locations. Personal floats may not be brought inside the park.

Each attraction has its own guidelines – height, age and health restrictions may apply. Some rides/attractions require a minimum height (1.2 meter).

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Our lifeguards are trained to the highest level. Please adhere to their instructions, failure to do so may result in expulsion without refund.

Photograph/video taken for personal use only. Any use, re-use or reproduction for publication or commercial purposes requires a prior written consent from the management.

The Lost Paradise of Dilmun reserves the right to photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the park and use the images and/or voice on any promotional channels, be it electronic, print, digital, or electronic publishing via internet without obtaining prior consent.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Whilst all care is taken, guests enter the park at their own risk. The owners and/or management are not responsible for lost/stolen property or injury

To ensure our guests safety, in the event of severe weather/storms management reserves the right to close pools and attractions.

Price/dates and timings are subject to change.

Children and non – swimmers should wear PFDs (Personal Floatation Devices) at all times

Children are not allowed to enter waterpark without PFDs

The Lost Paradise of Dilmun has opened its doors to all visitors following the recommendations and announcements by the National Taskforce to combat COVID-19 to reopen gyms, swimming pools and outdoor sports fields. All health & safety precautions have been addressed all around the park premises in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines.

Guests must wear a protective face mask while walking around the park, in restaurants, cafes, bathrooms and any other public areas.

Guests are not required to wear a protective face mask when in water or on slides.

Guests must maintain social distancing of at least 2m and limit interaction with others.

Please sanitize hands very regularly, sanitiser dispensers are available all around the park.

Guests must wash hands using soap for more than 20 seconds.

Guests should shower using soap before entering the pool.

Sharing belongings with others such as goggles, nose pieces, jackets, towels etc is not recommended.

Guest are only allowed to gather in groups of maximum of 5 persons

Adults must accompany their children at all times to ensure social distancing.

Guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets online prior to arriving at the park to minimize interactions during the waterpark entry experience.

Guests are also encouraged to use cashless payment methods instead of using cash while visiting.

Please bring your personal CPR/ID, face masks and personal towels to the park.


To ensure you have a safe experience in the Lost Paradise of Dilmun, we kindly request all our guests to wear appropriate swimwear at all times during their park visit.

Inappropriate swimwear includes and is not limited to:


Revealing and transparent bathing suits

Garment with rivets, buckles, zippers or exposed metal is not permitted

Regular kids diapers are not permitted in attraction or slide, Aqua diapers are available for purchase at the Souq.

Footwear like shoes, sandals, slippers are not permitted on some slides or attractions. Water shoes are allowed and can be purchased at the Souq.

Specific T-shirt fabrics may not be permitted on some slides or attractions.
