GENERAL RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to the operating aspects of the water park, we are not able to offer discount admission for those not participating in water activities.
Wrist bands must be worn at all times.
Price/dates and timings are subject to change without prior notice.
For safety reasons, glassware of any description is not permitted inside the park.
Outside food & beverages and bringing of coolers are prohibited. Bags are subject for inspection by the security staff.
Complimentary tubes are available on all tube rides. Tubes must remain at these locations. Personal tubes and/or floaters are prohibited inside the park.
Each attraction has its own guidelines. Participation in any of them involves inherent risks thus height, age and health restrictions may apply. You have a duty to exercise good judgment and act responsibly while deciding to engage in any ride for you and your child/children. Pregnant guests or guests with any medical, health or self imposed restriction on their physical activity or under ‘Doctors’ care should not ride any of the attraction.
Our lifeguards are trained to the highest level. Please adhere to their instructions; failure to do so may result in expulsion without refund.
Despite the number of lifeguards stationed throughout the park, don’t assume they will see everything and everyone. Parks are chaotic. Their attention may be focused on kids acting out or someone asking question.
Lifeguards monitor guest safety, but they should not be considered supervision for your children.
Parents are the first line of defense in keeping kids safe in the water. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED WITHIN YOUR ARM’S REACH. Never leave your children unattended especially near the water, not even for a minute.
Stay hydrated – Being in the sun all day and playing in the water can get your body dehydrated rather quickly. Drink plenty of water
Do not drink the pool water. Ingesting the water from the waterslides/pools can make you very ill. Teach kids not to drink the pool water. If kids can’t comply, they shouldn’t be in the water.
Photographs/videos taken inside the waterpark should be for personal use only. Any use, re-use or reproduction for publication or commercial purposes requires a prior written consent from the management.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests/individual for any reason.
To ensure our guests safety, in the event of severe weather/storms management reserves the right to close pools and attractions.
Children under 12 years of old, non-swimmers, and weak swimmers should wear lifejackets or Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) while enjoying water park attractions. Bring your own if you are unsure of availability and fit.
Whilst all care is taken, Management is not responsible for any lost/stolen property, bodily injury or accidents.
