Is the water safe?
Yes, the pool water in all attractions is treated with a high concentration of chlorine and is
constantly monitored bi-hourly by our qualified team.
Can I rent a towel from the waterpark?
In light of the current situation, we have stopped towel rentals to ensure cross-infection is
avoided.
How frequently do you disinfect the park?
We have a dedicated team that will be continuously disinfecting the waterpark, common areas, tubes, lockers, chairs, door handles and other surfaces.
Can I try on swimsuits/clothes from the Souq?
In line with the Ministry of Health precautionary measures, no fitting, exchange or refund will be accepted at the Souq.
Where is LPOD Waterpark?
Lost Paradise of Dilmun (LPOD) Waterpark is located in the Southern Governorate of the
Kingdom of Bahrain. It is just a 5 minute drive from the Bahrain International Circuit and 25
minute drive from Manama/Seef district. For our visitors from KSA, it is a 20 minute drive from Saudi Arabian causeway and just over an hour drive from the Eastern Province.
How much are the tickets?
- Walk-In Tickets:
- Adults (above 1.2 meters): BD 24
- Children (below 1.2 meters): BD 12
- Online Tickets:
- Adults (above 1.2 meters): BD 20
- Children (below 1.2 meters): BD 10
- Children below 2 years old: Free entry (valid government-issued ID or proof of age is required).

What should I wear for a day at the Water Park?
As a family-friendly park, we encourage all guests to wear appropriate swimwear suitable for water activities. Water-appropriate footwear, such as flip-flops or aqua shoes, is also permitted during your visit.
Can I bring a pool tube?
Because of the active nature of our attractions, personal flotation devices are not allowed in any of the attractions. However, complimentary pool tubes are available at exchange points.
Life jackets are available for sale in LPOD Retail store. You can bring your personal goggles. Be advised that bags are subject to search on entry by our security staff.
Is smoking permitted in the waterpark?
LPOD Waterpark is a smoke-free environment. However, three designated smoking area are
located near the spa pool area, boomerang seating area and beside the family raft splash pool.
Can I leave the park & re-enter?
Due to implementation of our health & safety standards, guests are allowed to exit and re-enter the waterpark within a maximum time of 15 minutes only. Please approach any of our on-ground team and they will direct you to the designated area for your exit and re-entry.
Do I need to buy a ticket if I’m not going to swim?
Yes, all guests are required to purchase a ticket to get access to the park. Guest services offer a complimentary 10 minute guest tour to check the place prior to purchase.
Can we reserve the cabanas prior to our arrival?
Yes, you can depending on availability, please contact +973 17845100 and ask for our retail
department for reservations. Due to the limited number of cabanas, your booking will only be kept for a maximum time of 2 hours only (from opening time) After 2 hours of no show the cabana will be released for sale.
Is the water heated?
No, LPOD waterpark is a 100% outdoor waterpark. The water temperature varies based on evening temperatures and current weather conditions.
Do you have lifeguards on duty?
Yes. We have certified lifeguards on all of our attractions. LPOD Waterpark’s lifeguards are certified to handle minor to major cases and are all first aid providers.In addition a well equipped First Aid area and certified nurse is available all day long.
Are disabled or special needs guest allowed in Park?
Yes, everyone is welcomed inside the park. A special rate is also provided for all our guests
with special needs. Please contact our guest service for more information 973-17845100.
LPOD Water Park is a participatory water park with physically demanding activities where you
control your own ride experience. Guests should assess their physical capabilities and
swimming skills prior to participating. Always observe the attraction and read all signage
before deciding to ride.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, limited/basic WiFi access is available in all areas of the park. Service is available in all cabanas and restaurants of the park.
Can I bring food inside the park?
Bringing in food, drinks or coolers from outside the park is not allowed due to the health and safety regulations. The waterpark has a wide range of restaurants to satisfy your cravings.
However, baby/infant food is permitted. Be advised that bags are subjected to search on entry by our security staff.
Is there a place where I can store my belongings?
Yes, electronic lockers are available for rent at the rental counter near the main restrooms:
- Single Locker: BD 5
- Family Locker: BD 8
LPOD is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
What food options are available at the park?
Our food outlets offer a wide variety of options including:
- Burger, Fries, Pizza, Pasta, Sausages sandwich, UFO burger, Healthy salad, Doner Shawarma, Grills, Rice dishes, ice cream, popcorn, candy floss, waffles.
There’s something to satisfy every craving!
Are there ride restrictions?
Yes. Each attraction has specific height, age, and health requirements.
- Some rides require a minimum height of 1.2 meters.
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times upon entry and within the park premises.
- LPOD is a participatory waterpark with physically demanding activities. Guests must assess their physical condition and swimming abilities before participating.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we gladly offer over 500 shaded parking spaces free of charge for our guests
Where can I sit during my visit at the waterpark?
The waterpark has abundant chairs and sun beds. Covered picnic areas can also be found in different areas around the park.
Do I have to bring my own towel?

Are guests with determination or special needs allowed in the park?
